Poster Presenters

A : As written above, we use Zoom’s “Breakout Rooms'' feature for poster sessions. It will give you an experience close to a real face-to-face poster presentation. We suggest that you prepare a presentation as in an oral talk for about 10 to 20 minutes, which can well be extended by interactive communications. After a talk, you may restart the talk if a new audience is in the room. One hour will be sufficient to run two or three rounds.

A : Yes, please. We post it before the conference starts and participants can see it and write comments and questions, to which you can write answers. This will facilitate discussions over different time zones. Instructions to upload the file have been sent to poster presenters by email.
